Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 19, 2026
Last Updated: September 19, 2026

Dronetiks ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our autonomous drone-assisted inventory tracking systems, telemetry software interfaces, and associated mobile sensing applications (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT We collect information that you provide directly to us, data generated automatically during your use of our platforms, and operational environment data captured by our hardware platforms.

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account and Contact Data: Name, business email address, physical company address, telephone number, job title, and login credentials when you create an account or request product support.
  • Customer Support and Feedback: Information you provide when contacting our engineering support teams, troubleshooting hardware bugs (such as ESC or motor configurations), or reporting database mapping synchronization challenges.

B. Telemetry and Operational Systems Data (Industrial Data) When deploying our mobile sensing platforms inside a client facility, our systems process operational data essential to execute autonomous cycles and generate spatial records:

  • Sensor and Pose Telemetry: High-frequency spatial telemetry, including platform position vectors, flight controller headings, acceleration loops, Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) calculations, and Time-of-Flight (ToF) rangefinder metrics.
  • RFID and Observation Data: Radio frequency identifiers (RFID tags), signal strength metrics (RSSI values), timestamp sequences, and physical environmental reference marker/fiducial tracking points.
  • Semantic Mapping Metadata: Structural warehouse data layout files, including depersonalized facility spatial zones, aisle coordinates, bay splits, and vertical shelf metrics.

C. Data Collected Automatically via Technology

  • System and Device Logs: IP address, browser type, operating system version, network connection links (e.g., direct USB modems or wireless SiK telemetry radio serial channels), and platform usage metrics.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the data we collect to maintain, optimize, and safely execute our asset-tracking services. Specifically, we use your information to:

  • Operate, test, and improve our autonomous over-the-air localization and mapping engine algorithms.
  • Cross-reference raw telemetry scans with client databases (e.g., OpenBoxes manifests) to generate accurate, semantic inventory record outputs.
  • Provide real-time hardware status updates, pre-flight safety warnings (such as pre-arm lockout validations), and remote technical assistance.
  • Monitor system performance and safeguard our hardware against critical sensor failures or electrical thermal issues.
  • Comply with applicable civil aviation rules, workspace safety regulations, and legal obligations.

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal or industrial inventory information. We may share information under the following limited conditions:

  • With Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who perform operational backend services on our behalf, such as cloud data storage providers (e.g., AWS IoT Core, DynamoDB, MongoDB clusters) and diagnostic tracking tools.
  • For Legal and Safety Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if necessary to protect the physical safety of operators, facility staff, or assets in the field.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, customer account records and depersonalized system telemetry maps may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to safeguard your information. Inventory observations and data transformation pathways are transmitted over encrypted communication lanes. However, please note that no data transmission over the airwaves or network infrastructure can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Operators are responsible for safeguarding access to ground station control links and local terminal environments.

5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICESDepending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal account data. You can manage your notification preferences or request account modifications at any time by contacting us directly.

6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICYWe reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material updates by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
